2/3 of Registered Voters Want to End Daylight Saving Time
The latest polls are showing that over two-thirds of registered voters are sick of the "add-an-hour, take-away-an-hour" junk that is Daylight Saving Time.
Of course, there's the "I don't know" answers, which made up 20% of responses, but only 14% of people actually want to keep it.
So what are we waiting for? Why not get rid of it, if so much of America wants to?
Some states that have voted to rid of DST at the beginning of the year, but the state's decision has to be approved by Congress, who seems to be tied up between elections, court nominations, big tech hearings, and you know, that pandemic thing.
Hopefully, we can all be rid of DST next year, or at least periodically move an hour back, because I do like that extra hour of sleep here and there.
