Would-Be Robber Gets Taken Down By Former Marine
This robber has zero survival instinct. The would-be robber demanded money at a gas station in Midlothian, Texas not realizing that the man he pushed out of the way was an off-duty firefighter, who was also a former Marine.
19-year-old Dylan Bearden pushed aside Daniel Gaskey, an off-duty Mansfield firefighter and who served in the Marines. Gaskey grabbed Bearden from behind, put one arm across his chest, and with the other grabbed the robber's knife hand and threw Bearden to the floor.
Gaskey held Bearden down until police arrived. Bearden faces aggravated robbery charges, and no one was injured in the incident.
