Woman Claims Drinking Dog Urine Helps Fight Acne

How far will you go in the pursuit of beauty? Here's good news for anybody who owns a dog and will do ANYTHING to combat their acne.

Lynn Lew posted a video showing off her secret to a clear complexion and other benefits: dog urine.

"The pharmaceutical companies are keeping this secret out of the public eye," she says. "They pay lobbyist to get politicians to make you buy expensive pain medicine and chemo."

"This is the secret to cure cancer, alleviate pain, and prevent the swelling of joins. If you dont have your own dog, just steal one from a neighbor."

Urine therapy has been around for hundreds of years, ancient Greeks and Romans even practiced it. But certified holistic nutritionist Joe McCarthy says there's better ways to get healthy.

"Urine is mostly made up of water, lots of urea, creatinine, various electrolytes, uric acid, trace proteins, and low levels of antibodies and enzymes," he told Allure. He suggests drinking lemon and water or apple cider vinegar and water to get the same effects.
