So I went to the QC Bacon Fest this past Saturday ... and I thought it was a pretty cool event!  Great Bands ... interesting recipes ....  cold beer ... nice folks ...  it was a good time.  If you went, gimme your thoughts on the experience.  We have a WHOLE YEAR to plan the next one, so let's start the discussions!
