Need a getaway that both you and your sweetheart will enjoy? Listen to the morning show on Valentine's Day for your chance to win a trip out to the Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival in Des Moines.

That's right, you and the love of your life have the chance to spend the entire day eating bacon. On Tuesday, February 14th we'll be setting somebody up with a VIP trip to the Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival. The VIP allows you early entry into the fest to allow you more time to sample all the great beers and bacon.

Jeff Nelson of Luxury Limousine will be taking our lucky winners to Des Moines on February 18th to eat their fill of delicious bacon.

This year's Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival is offering up the most exciting lineup to date on Saturday, February 18, 2017. Featuring: Live music, silent disco, rodeo clowns, roping, synchronized mechanical bull rides, two-step dance contest, line dancing, bacon eating contests, quick draw, and more.

Calling all bacon eating athletes!
The Hormel Black Label & Hy-Vee Bacon Eating Competition is open for entries. This year, we're offering a TEAM CONTEST in addition to the popular INDIVIDUAL CONTEST. Great Prizes! Individual applications due by end of day Feb. 10 (this Friday). Team applications due by end of day Feb. 15.

Want to be Bacon Sheriff and win $1k in prizes?
Submit a photo of yourself in your best sheriff and bacon themed attire for the chance to attend Baconfest and win $1,000 in prizes. The deadline for entries is Sunday, February 12.
