High School Evacuated, Five People Hospitalized From Pumpkin Spice Air Freshener
If all the pumpkin spice products in the world suddenly become sentient and decide to team up against us, the human race is in big trouble.
Around 2:30 P.M. yesterday afternoon, some students at Crito Rey Jesuit High School in Baltimore reported a strange smell. The school was immediately evacuated, and a hazmat team went in to check it out.
And the smell turned out to be coming from a pumpkin spice air freshener.
Even though this all sounds like a joke, two students and three adults had to be taken to the hospital, although it's not clear if it was from the smell or because they got hurt during the evacuation.
