I'm not sure you needed another reason to have as much sex as possible, but here you go. A new study out of York University in England found that getting-it-on could keep you from overeating.

The researchers found that one of the best ways to eat less is to make sure your body is producing lots of oxytocin. When you have sex, you flood your body with it.

There are other ways to release oxytocin too: dancing, singing, doing favors for other people, and hugging. Those are all cool too. But you know, getting-it-on is a lot better.
