Happy 4th !!

From all of us Optimists, Happy 4th of July !!   When you drive through Davenport and you see streets lined with flags like this on 5 holidays a year ... it's the work of the Davenport Optimists.  We put them up in the morning and take them down in the evening.  If you and your neighbors would like to get your street decorated on patriotic holidays, you can get info at davenportnoonoptimists.com... as with everything we do, like the Christmas tree lot at Brady Street stadium, all the money raised goes to the benefit of youth in our community.  Hope you have a great holiday weekend !!
