When police arrived, the suspect took off running into a neighbor's house, causing everyone inside to “flee their home in fear.”

The intruder/tree humper came out of the home right away, and was identified as 36-year-old John Fignar.

At this time, it hasn't been indicated whether the top or bottom half of Fignar was dressed, but I think we all know.

While in custody, Fignar allegedly spat at and assaulted police, leading to a felony charge. He's no stranger to the police, with multiple assault and drug charges in his past.

He was also charged in this incident with:

  • Misdemeanor Breach of Peace
  • Resisting
  • Trespassing Counts
