If it weren't for Florida, the pandemic would've had no news other than all that boring pandemicy stuff.

According to an arrest report from the Pinellas County Sheriff, Beth Ann Franchak turned over a bag of meth to police.

It turned out that she'd paid about $20 for the bag, but wasn't happy with the quality. She called officers to her house, and told them she wanted to turn it over because it was "junk."

Police did a test on the crystals inside the bag, which came back positive for meth.

Franchak was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.

According to court records, she has been arrested before, on a pair of charges for violating a domestic violence protection order.
