Richard Bourque in Pinellas Park, Florida went into a Dunkin' Donuts the other day and tried to trade some muscle relaxants for a cup of coffee.

The 30-year-old man's offer was rejected by an employee so he walked out and took the coffee with him. Cops caught up to him at a nearby McDonald's where he agreed to be searched.

Officers located eight pills of methocarbamol, a prescription drug for muscle pain and stiffness. Bourque was arrested after he could not produce a prescription for said pills.

He was charged with misdemeanor charge of possession of drugs without a prescription.
