Andrew Spark was caught with his pants down after detectives were tipped off that the attorney was paying female inmates for recorded sex acts in the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Florida.

He told the inmates that the videos were to be a part of a project called "Girls in Jail."

Deputies were told by 25-year-old Shauna Boselli that Spark had visited her in jail. The man, who was not her attorney, offered to put money in her commissary account in exchange for oral sex. Spark even bragged about meeting with another inmate earlier that day.

The other inmate was confirmed to be 28-year-old Antoinette Napolitano. Deputies say the two had sex inside the jail at least six times between June and December.

Spark would shoot the videos as "interviews" and would have the inmate describe sexual fantasies while wearing her jail uniform and then perform sex acts on camera.

Investigators got word that Spark had another meet with Napolitano scheduled and waited for him to arrive. They entered the visitation room to find the attorney with his penis "fully exposed."

Spark was charged with exposure of sexual organs, introduction/possession of contraband into a county detention facility, and soliciting for prostitution.
