Cell Phone Tower Collapses on top Of Northwest Bank Building

Strong winds wreaked havoc on top of the Northwest Bank & Trust Co. tower in Davenport yesterday.

Firefighters and AT&T crews were on the scene after what appears to be a cell relay tower collapsed yesterday afternoon.

As of this morning, it's still like this.

First thing I thought of, was, "Damn, that blows."
