Bono Offers Up Bike Ride Through Central Park for Charity

It was just over a year ago that the U2 frontman was involved in accident while riding his bike through Central Park. He was left with multiple fractures and breaks to his left arm, elbow, finger and an eye socket.

Now Bono is offering up a chance for a fan to join him on a bicycle ride in Central Park all in the name of charity.

For a $10 donation fans are entered to win a Bike Ride With Bono, all proceeds go towards (RED), the AIDS awareness charity he co-founded in 2006. The winner and a friend will be flown to New York City and put up in a 4-star hotel. They will then join Bono as they ride bikes through Central Park, grab ice cream, share stories, and take home a bunch of signed merchandise.
