Carson Boutte celebrated his ninth birthday on Saturday and instead of asking for toys, he wanted to bring lunch to the victims of the flooding in Louisiana.

“So my husband suggested pizza,” Lanie Boutte told The Advertiser. “I said I would spend $100 since that’s what I was going to spend on Carson’s present. I decided to post it on Facebook in case any of my family wanted to chip in, too.”

The post worked, by Carson's birthday people in the community were volunteering and Domino's offered them a special rate. Domino's even matched the first 100 pizzas ordered, in all Carson delivered 363 pizzas to the flood victims, firefighters, and police officers.
