Unconfirmed Rumor: Axl Rose and Angus Young Prepping New AC/DC Album

Rumors are flying about Angus Young  reportedly working on a new AC/DC studio album with Axl Rose. Guns N’ Roses’ touring commitments throughout 2017 will make it difficult to finalize the project.” Also making it difficult?  Including Axl Rose in an album production.

 

Bobby Blotzer Schedules Back Surgery, Puts His Ratt Lineup on Hiatus

Bobby Blotzer’s version of Ratt will be off the road for at least the next few months, but this time not due to legal battles with the other members of Ratt.  Instead, he's having back surgery.  He says it’s gotten to the point where his offstage life is too painful to continue without medical intervention.

Elton John and the Who Illustrator Alan Aldridge Dead at 73 

Renowned artist Alan Aldridge, who designed the cover for the Who’s 1966 release A Quick One, filled the Beatles’ Illustrated Lyrics and was responsible for the artwork on Elton John‘s Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy LP has died at the age of 73.
