36-year-old Tracy Capp from Santa Ana, California hit a guy who was crossing the street back in April. She got out to check on him, then got back in her car and sped away, and the guy died.

Ever since then, she's been going all out to try to avoid getting caught. Tracy knew the cops were looking for her, so she dyed her hair pink, got colored contact lenses, and she got a dragon tattooed on her face.

It didn't work. The cops spotted her on Saturday and caught her after a high-speed chase. She's facing charges for a felony hit-and-run, vehicular manslaughter, felony reckless evading of police, and battery.
