Josh Taylor was stunned when — while investigating the case of a 91-year-old woman who was renting out an 11-bedroom house in Sarasota, Fla. — Jean Price, the woman believed to be taking care of the property, took his video equipment and placed it into his news vehicle before driving away. She only drove down the block, but is now facing grand theft auto charges.
