Wisconsin Bar Creates Deep-Fried Old Fashioned

Nothing makes me prouder as an American than when someone takes something that's supposed to be classy and dignified and then deep fries the hell out of it.

Trinity Three Irish Pub in Milwaukee, Wisconsin just created a deep-fried Old Fashioned. If you've never had an Old Fashioned, it's an old-school cocktail featuring bourbon, bitters, and a sugar cube.

The bar infused the flavors into an orange pound cake filled with brandy cream cheese, then deep fried it and put whipped cream flavored like bitters on top.
