Utah Teacher Could Not Resist Student [UPDATED]

UPDATE January 2015: Brianne Altice was arrested again Wednesday on four new sex abuse charges and released from jail after posting $10,000 bail.

Prosecutors say Altice had sex twice with a boy between November 2013 and August 2014 while she was out on bail in the first case. She faces 10 charges in the earlier case, which involves the 17-year-old and two other students.

UPDATE: Altice was initially charged with three counts of rape and one count of forcible sodomy, all first-degree felonies. A fourth charge of rape and a second charge of forcible sodomy, also first-degree felonies, have been added. Read the rest at the Huffington Post.

Brianne Altice is a 35-year-old English teacher from accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student. According to Altice, the student wore down her defenses, so she should not be blamed. Allegedly she constantly turned the student down after many advances... can you blame the kid?
