Firefighters of Hillsborough County Fire and Rescue had some trouble extinguishing a house fire in Brandon, Florida over the weekend because crews were blocked by family members.

Upon arrival to the scene, rescue crews saw the house with heavy smoke and fire coming from it. They also found that the street was blocked by relatives of the homeowners who were trying to save two jet skis, a truck, a 24-foot boat, and some old tires.

Two family members were injured when the boat trailer collapsed. It took firefighters 45 minutes to put out the blaze which resulted in significant damage to the home.

The watercraft and truck survived the ordeal.
