Thief Robs Man During Heart Attack

A guy in Illinois collapsed at a bar recently, and everyone thought he was having a heart attack.  But instead of helping, another guy stole his wallet.  Luckily a security camera got it all on video, and he's facing two to five years in jail.

He then tried to buy a round of drinksr... wait, doesn't that make him like the Robin Hood of bar patrons?
