A squares pool is where you pay to get a square on a board that comes with two numbers. If those numbers are the last digits of the teams' final scores, you win the pot. Like, if the final score is 13-10 and you have the square with three and zero, you're the winner.

Here are the numbers in order, best to worst:

  • 0 – Zero
  • 7 – Seven
  • 4 – Four
  • 3 – Three
  • 1 – One
  • 6 – Six
  • 8 – Eight
  • 5 – Five
  • 9 – Nine
  • 2 – Two
