Tenant Catches Landlord and Another Man Having Sex in His Bed

Your landlord has keys to your place, but he's not supposed to go in there without your permission. And he's definitely not supposed to go into your place to do this.

Logan Pierce from Colorado Springs, Colorado was at work last week when he got a motion alert from his security system. He knew his wife Mikaela was also at work, so he got suspicious and checked the live feed.

That's when he saw his 39-year-old landlord Carlos Quijada in his bed getting-it-on with another man. And when Carlos and the other gentleman wrapped things up, they cleaned themselves off using Mikaela's wedding dress.

Logan called the cops, and they've issued an arrest warrant for Carlos for felony trespassing. Logan and Mikaela have been staying in a hotel since this all went down.
