Teacher’s Cat Died, Students Surprise Her with Kittens

Tonya Andrews is a high school math teacher in Joshua, Texas. She started crying in class last week, because her 16-year-old cat had just died. Later that day, her students came up with a way to cheer her up.

The students are Rachel Hanhart, Ashlei Mahan, Makayla Comer, and Sheridan Swindell. They decided to surprise her the next day with flowers and cupcakes. They posted a video of it on Twitter, and you can tell how much Tonya appreciates it when they give her the flowers. She gets even more emotional, because they also brought her two new kittens.
