SUV Crashes into Building Causing Building to Collapse

An SUV crashed into a downtown Kansas City building during a police chase Thursday morning. Police tried to stop the driver, but the driver refused and sped off, losing control and hitting a fire hydrant before slamming into the building and causing it to partially collapse.
