Modobag is a luggage company that is trying to fund a carry-on that's also a motorized scooter. That way you can ride it through the airport.

It looks like a normal black bag, but it has four wheels on one side instead of two and a tiny set of handlebars pop up so you can steer. It only has a top speed of 8 mph, but they claim it'll get you to your gate three times faster. It also has two USB ports so you can charge your phones or tablets.

The downsides are you look like a clown and they cost $1,300. Although you can pre-order one for $1,000 on IndieGoGo.

Also, would airports even let people ride these things? There are a few companies trying to make it happen, so it looks like the answer is yes. A similar product came out several years ago and never really took off.

If you want a much cheaper option, there's the "My Hitch." It's a piece of plastic that hooks your bag to the back of your pants. Then you walk with your hands free and your luggage will follow. The problem is it makes your suitcase look like a tail. But it only costs $17 on MyBagHitch.com.
