Putnam Museum to Show “Escape From Firebase Kate” for FREE

"Escape From Firebase Kate" is ah hour-long documentary that follows the events of a 3-day siege during the Vietnam War in 1969. QC native and friend of the show, Bill Albracht was the Captain in command of Firebase Kate.

Albracht was the youngest commanding officer in Vietnam at the time.

You can watch "Escape From Firebase Kate" at a FREE showing tonight at the Putnam Museum. Doors open at 5:30pm with light appetizers provided. The film will begin at 6:30pm and will be followed by a Q&A session with historian Ken Moffett and Bill Albracht.
