Packers Fan Stiffs Cab Driver For $475, Cops Follow His Footprints in the Snow
24-year-old Nathan Meleski went to a Green Bay game on Sunday, and afterwards, he took a cab 111 miles to Richfield, Wisconsin.
When they got there, Nathan's total fare was $475. He told the cab driver he had to go into a truck stop to go to the ATM. Instead of getting the cash, he slipped out a back door and took off running.
The cab driver called the cops. And they noticed that Nathan had left a trail of footprints in the snow, so they followed it.
They found him sitting at a bar drinking, and he was arrested for defrauding a cab operator. He's facing a maximum sentence of nine months in jail and a $10,000 fine.
