There's no law that says you can't be an idiot. The problem is you might end up breaking a few laws because you're an idiot.

30-year-old Jasmin Artis in Cincinnati got pulled over on Tuesday with an expired registration, she claimed she didn't need one because she was, "traveling," not driving. Which made no sense, because she was driving and it's also not how the law works anyway.

When the cop said her car had to be towed, she claimed the Constitution gave her the right to travel without police interference. Then she drove off, starting a high-speed chase.

Artis only drove about a mile before she pulled into her driveway and the cop arrested her. Apparently she thought that was illegal too, she started yelling for people on the street to help fight off the cop. Which they didn't do.

She's facing charges for resisting arrest, failure to comply, and child endangerment because her five-year-old son was in the backseat.
