News Anchor Can’t Stop Cracking Up After a Guy Describes Severe Weather

The local ABC station in Victoria, Texas interviewed a guy about some of the severe storms have been occurring in the area. He talked about the tree limbs, you know what I'm sayin', like from the trees. The anchor couldn't keep it together.
