Earlier this month an argument between a teacher and the principal broke out. It escalated to the point that the principal had to call the police.

P.J. Hill Elementary School first-grade teacher, Ayanna Lafleur, can be heard yelling and swearing in the background. Principal Monalisa Kalina made the call and told the dispatcher, "I have someone screaming and it's out of control in my building."

The dispute began after Kalina met with Lafleur to discuss her not following protocol. Kalina later filed a citizen's complaint against her alleging harassment. A municipal judge issued a no-contact order and ordered mediation.
