My Favorite Comedian Comes to Town

Doug Stanhope has been my favorite comedian before I even knew his name.  The first time I saw him, I was at The Funnybone (or whatever incarnation it was at the time) and cried from laughing so hard!  The second time I saw him I didn't realize it was the second time until he did the infamous Beer Bottle closer bit and recognized seeing it before. Since then I've bought his CD's, DVD's, and traveled hours to watch him perform.

The last time Doug Stanhope was at Rock Island Brewing Company, some stuff went down...namely, his girlfriend Amy Bingaman's mental health...in a Denny's.  Here's the podcast recounting the strange trip.  Can't wait for Thursday!!
