Man Claims He “Accidentally Sat On” Fish Found in Rectum

It was a million-to-one shot, doc. Million-to-one!

A 30-year-old man in China showed up at the hospital complaining of abdominal pain. After examination, doctors determined there was a fish in his rectum.

The gruesome footage from the surgery shows the doctors remove the dead blue tilapia from the guy's stomach. 

Local media didn't specify the size, but blue tilapia range from 12-16 inches long.

The man told doctors he sat down on the fish by accident, which then "slipped into his rectum". He came to the hospital after trying and failing to remove the fish himself.

Doctors said they had to open the man's stomach to get the fish out because it was "quite big". One nurse in the video even can be heard saying "It stinks so much!"
