Our buddy Chad Pregracke founded Living Lands and Waters back in 1997 in an effort to clean up the Mississippi River. Now Living Lands and Waters needs volunteers for their Million Trees Project.

Volunteers are needed for tree wrapping between March 31st and April 3rd at the East Moline School District Transportation Garage, 2025 Morton Drive from 9am to 5pm. Wrapping also will be done at the Living Lands and Waters shop, 17624 Route 84 North, East Moline from 9am to 4pm April 4th through the 8th.

All ages are welcomed to help wrap the tree roots in wet newspaper, bag, and tag. Wrapping volunteers will receive free T-shirts for two or more hours of service or a reusable grocery bag for less than two hours.
