Leffe Blonde; Around The World In 50 Beers

My beer today is a Belgian style ale--that's from Belgium.  So I was excited to actually get out of the states for a brew.  This baby makes me feel like I just stepped off the plane.

Just the facts:

Bottle temp at opening: 37 degrees.

Drinking temp: 37 degrees

Nose: Sweet barley.

Taste: Malty, frothy, and sweet.

5 out of 6 bottles

This one started out sweet, refreshing and a hint of sugar.  but as it sat, it got heavy, and sweeter.  It was still a great beer and I appreciate it making the trip all the way across the ocean.
