Lawyer Known For Hating Drunk Drivers, Arrested For Drunk Driving

I'm SHOCKED that a lawyer turned out to be a hypocrite. They're usually so honest.

49-year-old David Maloney is an attorney in Mobile, Alabama who specializes in representing accident victims. He runs a lot of TV ads where he says he hates drunk drivers.

In one ad, he says, "If you drink and you drive, and you hurt someone, don't call me. I'm not gonna represent you. I'm not gonna help you. If anything, I'm going to be the lawyer going after you."

You can probably see where this is going. He was pulled over around 2:00 AM on Sunday in Pensacola Beach, Florida for speeding in his Lamborghini and he was drunk. Now he's facing DUI charges. But on the bright side, he didn't hurt anyone, so he doesn't have to call himself to go after himself.
