A comedian from "Chappell's Show" will be making a stop in the Quad Cities.

Donnell Rawlings, who you may remember as the Announcer in the early 00's sketch comedy "Chappelle's Show", will be at the Adler in downtown Davenport.

Rawlings is a longtime collaborator with Chappelle, who produced Rawling's Netflix special "A New Day". Chappelle said about Rawlings:

I’ve been doing this a long time, and comedians like Donnell are not only friends but have inspired my own career. Anyone in the comedy community knows their names, and knows their time to shine is long overdue. I am proud to be a part of this moment.

Rawlings is currently headlining his "Black and Mild Tour", selling out theaters nationally and appearing at the Netflix Is A Joke Festival, along with sharing the Hollywood Bowl stage with Chris Rock, Chappelle, and Earthquake.

Beyond the stage, Rawlings hosts the podcast "The Donnell Rawlings Show", recorded from his home in Yellow Springs, Ohio, and is himself a sought-after guest for other podcasts.
