26-year-old Michael Sherman Morlang of Payson, Utah was in Idaho back in September, right before his baby's due date.

His wife went to the hospital and decided to have a C-section that day and he wasn't going to make it back in time. He was furious that his wife made the choice, since he was going to miss the birth.

So he did what any rational person would do, he called in a bomb threat to the hospital. They evacuated the place, canceled surgeries, and sent patients to other hospitals. The whole thing cost them at least $100,000.

They also suspected the call was fake, since the person making the bomb threat was crying and Michael's wife told the staff it was probably him.

He was arrested and charged with making a terrorist threat, which could get him up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. And he was indicted by a federal grand jury last week.

There's no word on whether he DID actually make it to the birth. He's actually in jail in Idaho right now for other charges.
