Allie Carter of Indiana learned a valuable lesson in gun safety and irony when her hunting dog accidentally shot her. That dog's name? Trigger.

The 25-year-old woman was out hunting waterfowl last Saturday when she set her 12-guage on the ground. Shortly after, he dog Trigger happened to step on shotgun and set it off, shooting Carter in the foot. She was transported to the hospital with injuries to her left foot and toes.
