The Hot Rod Power Tour dates and schedule for 2015 were released, and it looks like Quad Citians will have an opportunity to hook up with at least a few dates as it snakes through Illinois on it's way to Baton Rouge LA. from Wisconsin.

If you like to cruise, the power tour may not be for you...the stops are usually pretty crowded. Most people I know who've done it say that you usually end up near to but not actually in the show grounds of each stop. And they prefer it that way. The days of driving are rewarding, provided nothing catastrophic happens.

I've pondered many times taking the '40 out on the road...but end up driving a shorter distance with a few friends for dinner...my mini-tour.

Here is a quick reference for those of you who might want to hop on, or run the long haul. You may also wish to click on the link below for all the Tour info. Hope to see you on the highway this summer!
