Happy Birthday Chaim…!

Well spit blood and breathe fire ...it's Kiss' bassist Gene Simmons 65th birthday!   Born in Israel of the name Chaim Witz, the guy who started the band in New York City in 1973 turns a year older today, but he and the "much younger" Paul Stanley (age 62) are still gettin' it done on tour.  Last night in fact, they did the Ice Bucket Challenge on stage with Joe Elliott of Def Leppard at their show in Indiana.

Of all the things that can be considered impressive about Gene Simmons, like his intelligence and his marketing genius, I can't help making note of the 4,600 women he says he's slept with.  So was that one per day for over 12 straight years?   Then after 4,600 babes, he finally settles down ... with a Playmate of the Year!   Yeah, He did ok ....

So Happy Birthday Gene, and however you celebrate, don't do anything I wouldn't do ...!
