Guy Wearing a Shirt That Says “I Have Drugs” Is Arrested For Having Drugs

50-year-old John Balmer of Spring Hill, Florida went out to Kmart with a t-shirt that read: "Who Needs Drugs? No, seriously, I have drugs." And he wasn't kidding, John had bags of marijuana and meth in his pocket.

A cop saw him try to pass the bag of marijuana to someone in line at Kmart and John was arrested for possession of meth and possession of marijuana.
