Guy Gets Caught Stealing a Safe When a Cop Spots Him Dragging It Down the Street

22-year-old, Ryan Mullins from Swansboro, North Carolina, broke into a pharmacy on Tuesday morning and stole a safe. He couldn't fit it in his car so he tied it to his bumper and drove through town. A cop responding to the break-in pulled him over and arrested him for safecracking, breaking and entering, and larceny.
