Governor’s Releases Statement Regarding Restaurant Closure

Yesterday the news broke that Governor's Pub & Grill could potentially be closing its doors. Well, that's partially true. The doors are closing, but Gov's is just moving to a new location.

Dwyer posted a blog yesterday before any details really surfaced. But, he wasn't wrong.

Governor's at the corner of Middle Road and Devils Glen in Bettendorf will be closing and is set to be replaced by a Hy-Vee convenience store/coffee shop/gas station. Luckily the Quad Cities will not be without the restaurant.

In a post yesterday, Gov's said that a new facility will be built just up Devils Glen. The really good news: Gov's will continue to offer food and service right up until the ribbon cutting at their new location.
