This video comes from the storefront of Sam's Club in Davenport where some guy confronted a couple that had parked their van in the fire lane to load their groceries.

It had been going on for a little bit before the footage starts, but what we see is a bunch of people continue on their way as this dude rants on. The woman filming even suggests he helps them so that they can be on their way faster.
