Comedian Toni Byrd and her audience had to run for cover after gunfire rang out in the New Jersey club she was performing at.

Thirty shots were fired in the shootout and six people were injured. The victims were all treated for non life-threatening injuries.

The end of the video below shows the moments the shootout began.


"I only did about five minutes and the next minute the whole place was being shot up," Toni said in a followup Facebook post. "It really broke my heart, to see all those people laid out on the floor and not knowing if they were alive or not."
