A marathoner's attempt run in an inflatable bubble from Florida to Bermuda was ended after the Coast Guard had to tow him back to shore for a second time.

According to Reza Baluchi's website, his dream is to "run thru all 194 recognized countries in the world to inspire us and unite us as a people." Despite safety orders from the United States Coast Guard, Baluchi embarked on a "run" across the ocean for the second time.

A month before his departure the Coast Guard had said in a letter not to make the voyage, "your vessels and the conditions under which you are attempting to complete your voyage to Bermuda is unsafe." He had to be rescued, again.
