California Man Arrested For Early-Morning Air Horn Blasts

Blowing an air horn is already pretty obnoxious, but blowing one at 4 a.m. is a step over the line.

For weeks the citizens of El Segundo, California were calling the police to complain about somebody blowing an air horn. The described the sound as being similar to a train horn and it could be heard in the early morning.

Police used surveillance footage to find a vehicle matching the description of the suspect's vehicle. They pulled over and arrested John Nuggent after finding air horn equipment in his car.
