Bill Murray Involved in Altercation with Photographer

Bill Murray is accused of assaulting a photographer in Martha's Vineyard last week. The guy also happens to be Carly Simon's brother, Peter Simon, who's a photographer for a small newspaper there.

Peter claims he was on assignment taking pictures at a restaurant when Bill grabbed him and threw him against a door. Then later on, he says Bill dumped water on him, and also on his camera.

According to a police report, Bill felt like he was "harassing" him and taking too many pictures. The owner of the restaurant agreed, saying Peter "deserved" to have water dumped on him. Last we heard, Peter didn't know if he'd press charges or not.
